My research revolves around privacy rights regulation, market anomalies, and green real estate. I conduct analysis using game theoretic modeling, behavioral finance tools, and advanced statistical methods, using a combination of statistical languages and software, including Python, R, SAS, Stata, and other tools to increase efficiency.
